Almost 40 and I still have yet to make a Thanksgiving turkey. I can master almost any Thanksgiving side, but a large bird in my oven is so intimidating. Thanksgiving is either a major holiday for us with close to 100 people gathered or it is very small. I have a family of seven and one year it was only four of us (granted the twins were in my belly and not on the outside)! Does this holiday sway back and forth for any other family? I think because of this, the turkey has always been covered. If we have a large gathering, the more seasoned chefs cook. If we have a very small gathering, we go out to eat.

That being said, sometimes our small gatherings lead to Friendsgiving Thanksgiving. In this situation, where there are many dietary needs, I try to accommodate everyone with my Thanksgiving recipes. This includes, being Keto-friendly and/or Gluten-free. This got me researching gluten-free Thanksgiving recipes that are tasty for all dietary restrictions!
